First start with what is pornography per the terms of the site you are on [link] .
This is important, before you complain about the works of others being pornography, read the definition. If you can find a match, report the work, I have found the admins work quickly and will take down the work. It helps to quote the text when you report of the section violating.
If it doesn't match, it isn't porn. No matter what you think, it is not against the rules. Don't report it, don't hassle the artist, don't bog down the admins.
You are not the art police. You don't get to decide what is good or bad. The site has terms for what it considers not allowed, they have tried to make them bright lines, you don't get to blur them for your own ego.
It is rude to attack someone else because you disagree with their view of art.
It is rude to attack someone because you don't think their work is good enough to be called art.
It is rude to bog the admins down just so you can get on your soapbox about art you disagree with but doesn't violate the terms and conditions of the site.
So what do I want out of this site?
I want this site about art.
I want people to try without fear.
I want all art to be tolerated.
I want all artists to feel they can try and grow here.
If you find something truly against the terms and conditions, report it. If it isn't against the site's terms, please quietly move along, the work is none of your concern.
I actually think the site would be better off if the admins banned more people that made false claims to get work removed. If someone reports too many times art that isn't against the terms and conditions (I don't know 3-5 in a month), give them a suspension. If they keep it up, ban them.
Thoughts? I am always open for discussions.
